You are making a booking directly from the hotel.
Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the booking. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-inn.
Early check-in and Late checkout are chargeable and subject to availability.
Collect your bill from reception during checkout.
GST is compulsory and are subjected to the GSTIN Rules.
Room allotted once can not be change until valid reason.
Tea, sugar, milk, coffee pouches will be refilled once per day per room and are subject to availability.
Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
CANCELLATION RULES
If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is done between 5-7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged and no refund will be processed to the guest against booking.
If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Ques- Is elevator/Lift available in hotel?
Ans- Yes, Lift is available for all floors.
Ques- Is swimming pool available for all season and what are the timings?
Ans- Swimming pool is available for the Summer Season (April - September) and the timings are 06:00 AM to 12:00 PM everyday. Bring your own costumes.
Pool can be booked also for any season in advance.
Ques- Is parking available at the hotel?
Ans- Yes, parking is available at the hotel and is free of cost. Parking space is covered with camera security, but it is suggested to guest to bring any expensive item along with you. Also, parking space is limited and is subject to availability.
Ques- Rooms have AC/Geyser/LED?
Ans- All room are Air-Conditioned and have Geyser and Smart Flat LED TV with Wi-Fi connection. Use your own account and login to LED Tv and watch any kind of show.
Ques- Is it allowed to drink or smoke in Pool area?
Ans- Strictly No. Drinking and smoking is not allowed in pool area or gallary or hotel gallary/Restaurant. Any one found doing this will be fined and will be checkout at the same time.
Ques- Is hotel pet friendly?
Ans- You can bring your own pet but you have to keep them tied and keep them in the room. Do not let them break into other room or disturb others.
